The focus is much broader than merely learning to perform movements. Equal emphasis is placed on learning to feel the correct muscles so you can consciously contract and relax them. We apply various breathing techniques depending on the intensity and execution.
This approach means that you work not only on your physical body but also on your mental and emotional well-being. The way your body holds tension and where your breathing goes can reveal a lot about your state.
